About the laser
falcon 2 pro 40w, workspace 400x415, but it can fit 460x460 just extends out past cutting area. max is uh I found this somewhere. just for info only. risers are M6 standard feet. these are 533x546 centres. my separate inline fan uses 150mm ducting tray can be removed and disable that safety using the buttons underneath on the bottom left (covered by tray usually) that lets me run bigger items with one end sticking out, but I’d have to cut to get a full conveyor pass through, more effort than worth. note enclosure and VOCs 455nm diode
About the author
This is just a thing I do for fun.
Things I can make
things I want to make and/or they will probably sell
- the monster box, just because it’s fun
- living hinges box designs, assorted. and/or bag. tbh just make a floppy sheet to play with
- stupidly complex models you can roll marbles down. with the crank and everything.
- business cards in alu because they’re cool, okay. branding stuff.
- notebooks, like b’s. specifically, make two A5 living hinge notebooks with my two available ring-binder-thingies, drop one product sample on b and the other on niki.
- game pieces, like, catan or whatever, but also standup silhouettes
- personalise little pieces of kit, like, water bottles and stuff
- dice towers and deck holders or whatever
- puzzles and boardgames like those fb listings
obviously there are stainless tags and tumblers and whatnot. jewellery, clocks, artwork and mandalas and things. the usual. card wallets.
things I have actually made get posted, this is a list of potentials.
Custom requests
Priced by my time and laser time. You supply the files. Materials could go either way, but if you’re supplying, expect to lose a little bit for speed/power testing. NO VINYL OR PVC.
